There are a couple of different ways to search for chapters of a book.  First, how can you tell they are chapters in a book and not articles?  You can tell they are chapters because both them have two titles. From the example below, the first title is the title of the chapter:  Conducting a functional assessment of substance use
Then, the title of the book.  That is indicated by the use of the word In just before the title: In,Reinforcement-based treatment for substance use disorders: A comprehensive behavioral approach

The first chapter can be found with a title search with the chapter title.  Below are steps and screen shots to guide you through that search.

Tuten, L., Jones, H. E., Schaeffer, C. M., & Stitzer, M. L. (2012). Conducting a functional assessment of substance use. In,Reinforcement-based treatment for substance use disorders: A comprehensive behavioral approach (pp. 43-56). Washington, D.C.: American Psychological Association.

In the large search box on the library's welcome page, type all or part of the chapter's title:  Conducting a functional assessment of substance use
Then, change the drop down menu so that it shows the word Title
This tells the search engine to look only at titles when it performs the search.
Click on Search

The item you are looking for should be the first item in the results list.  Click on PDF Full Text to access it.

If you look for a chapter and don't find it with the title search then, look for the entire book and then navigate to the chapter.  Below are steps and screen shots to guide you.

Watson, T., & Watson, T. S. (2009). Behavioral assessment in the schools. In, A. Akin-Little, S. G. Little, M. A. Bray, & T. J. Kehle (Eds.), Behavioral interventions in schoolsEvidence-based positive strategies (pp. 27-41). Washington, D.C.: American Psychological Association.

On the right hand side of the Library homepage, click on Publication Finder.

In the search box type all or part of the books title:  Behavioral interventions in schools: Evidence-based positivstrategies
Click on Search

For this search, there should be only one item in the results list.  Click on the plus sign next to Full Text Access and then click on PsycBOOKS

Then, on the next screen, scroll down to the table of contents and click on Behavioral assessment in the schools to be taken to that chapter.

And then click on PDF Full Text to access it.
