In the large search box on the library's home page, type exactly:  "cognitive behavioral therapy" effectiveness
Be sure to include the quotation marks around "cognitive behavioral therapy".  That way, the words are searched for together, as a phrase.
Click on Search.
 
 
From this search, items number 9, 10, and 11 may be helpful, depending upon what setting you are interested in applying cognitive behavioral therapy.  You may have to look through the search results for these suggestions because articles are continuously being added to the databases.

You could also search for:
