APA recommends citing individual entries, a link with a sample of which is below. 

Note that for citing individual chapters and parts of the DSM-5, they suggest including the DOI for the individual entry.  You can find the DOI within the DSM Library (the online version of the DSM-5) at the top of any chapter or part:
