In the search box on the library's welcome screen, type EXACTLY: "criminal justice" career, including the quotation marks.  The quotation marks tell the system to look for the words together, next to each other, in a phrase.
Then click the Search button:
 
On the next screen, you'll see your results.  
Sometimes it is easier to find info about a particular job, like "police" or "law enforcement" instead of the broader and more general "criminal justice".
