When citing information from a podcast, you can cite the specific episode you listened to.  Below is a sample reference from APA's Academic Writer:

Podcast episode (audio)

Schreiber, D., Harkin, J., Murray, A. H., & Ptaszynski, A. (Hosts). (2019, September 27). No such thing as an elephant in the airport (No. 288) [Audio podcast episode]. In No such thing as a fish. Quite Interesting. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/no-such-thing-as-a-fish/id840986946?i=1000451443446
