You do not have to include a separate citation for each entry you have used from a reference book (dictionary/encyclopedia) if an author or editor's name is provided (See Examples 27 & 28 in the APA Publication Manual, 6th ed.).
However, if you are citing a reference work that has neither author nor editor, the title of the entry moves to the author position. Now you will need a separate citation for every entry from the same source. In practice, this usually applies only to online reference works, however. (See Example 29 in the APA Publication Manual, 6th ed.).
